Rates and Insurance

Rates vary depending on several factors  such as: frequency of visits, length of sessions and time of  appointment. I am happy to discuss the  best way to make your treatment both affordable and practical. 

My office can work with many different insurance companies as an out-of-network provider.  You may be eligible for reimbursement  depending on your insurance plan's out-of-network benefits.  You will be provided with a monthly billing statement to submit to your insurance  company for reimbursement.

Check, Credit Cards, Venmo and Zelle are all accepted as a form of payment.  Payment is expected at the time of visit.
